Located as you leave the village heading towards Rammersmatt, in the gentle valley known as the "Gottesthal", the cemetery surrounds the ruins of the ancient church of St. Blaise.
Of the church dating of the XIIth century, destroyed in 1468, rebuilt in the 18th century, bombarded in 1917, only the tower and the Romanesque porch remain intact.
At the beginning of the 20th century, a new church was built in the center of the village. The pilgrimage in its honor takes place each year at the church of Leimbach on the Sunday closest to February 3rd. Saint Blaise is invoked to cure ailments of the throat and to protect the cattle.
